Vouchers at SUBPLACE are claimable types. You may claim vouchers and use at your checkout. There are two type of vouchers:

Store Vouchers: Voucher that can be applicable storewide for plans in a particular store.
Plan Vouchers: Vouchers that can only be applied for a particular plans in a store.

In your SUBPLACE mobile app, navigate to store homepage to locate the vouchers. Click Collect to collect the voucher and use at your checkout.
Note: Store vouchers only will be available if the merchants are offering such discounts. Not all stores may have vouchers.

At the plan page, you will find the available voucher for the plan below the plan image. Click Collect to collect the voucher and use at your checkout.
Note: Plan vouchers can be applied to one or more specific plans in a store but not necessary to all plans.

Click Learn More on vouchers to view the voucher details. At the bottom of the page, click Collect to collect the voucher and use at your checkout.

Step 1: Click Use Voucher

At the Place Order page, click on the Use Voucher button and continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Click Apply

Only available vouchers will be shown and you may click Apply to use the voucher and make your purchase.
Note: If you have not collected the voucher before, you may still collect it here and apply for your purchase.
Step 3: Pay Now and make your purchase

You will find the voucher amount discounted in your payment summary. Click Pay Now to proceed to purchase.

Go to your account Menu > My Rewards.
All your collected store and SUBPLACE vouchers can be found here.
At the My Voucher page, you will be able too see all your collected platform & store vouchers
Tap on History on the top right of your screen to view used & expired vouchers.
At the History page, you will be able to see all your previously used & expired vouchers.

Follow these steps below to claim voucher by code:

At the My Voucher page, click on the search bar to enter voucher code
Enter the unique voucher code at the search bar to search & save
The voucher code will appear as shown above. Click Collect to save voucher.
Voucher code is claimed and saved.
