Re-sign RTO Agreement
As a subscriber, while placing an RTO order, you are required to sign an agreement. If you did not sign the agreement properly, the seller will request you to re-sign your agreement with a proper signature before they can confirm your order.
How to know I have and re-sign agreement request and how I can re-sign the agreement?
If your signature is not accepted by the seller, you will receive an email notification together with web and app notification in your account regarding "Re-sign Agreement". Goto the order detail page, there will be a highlighted section with the title "Improper Signature". Click the [Re-sign] button.

Sign again with a proper signature and click [Submit]. The seller will proceed your order accordingly if the signature is acceptable and there is no any other issue blocking the approval.
