Additional Information for Your Orders
When you subscribing a plan, some time you are required to submit some additional information. For instance, a FOC subscription plan may request you to answer some questions as a survey or a RTO plan may request you to submit some supporting document for your credit check before the seller can confirm your order.
The additional information can be requested in 2 ways:
In the checkout page before you placing the order
In the order detail after you placed the order and before the seller confirming the order.

When you are subscribing a plan and you notice there is a [Additional Submission] in the checkout page above the [Pay Now] button, is mean that some additional information is needed from you before you can place the order.
Click the button. Answer all the question asked and upload the document that required. Refer to the next section for a sample of the additional information that you may be requested to fill in.
You must fill in all the answer and upload all the required document as requested to proceed for the order.

In the addtional information section, you may be asking to submit some files or documents. You may be asking to answer some question or select single or multiple answer from the option list.
Just complete ALL question and upload ALL required document and then click submit. The popup will be closed if there is no issue for your submission.
You must fill in ALL the answer and upload ALL the required document as requested to proceed for the order.

After you have submitted all the information required. The red button will disappear as in the screenshot at the right hand side. And now you should be able to proceed by pressing the [Pay Now] button.
